• This panel is for educational purposes only. Panel members are not accepting project materials for consideration as part of their AFMX participation. 

• Up to two practice pitchers per selected project may participate in the pitch. 

• Semi-finalists selected to pitch are required to attend a free Pitching Prep Session at our sponsor of this Center Stage Conversation, The Incubator by AFMI Productions, on Saturday, September 20, 2025.

• Entrants who do not complete all the required information via the instructions and form will be disqualified.
