WHERE DO AFMX SCREENINGS AND EVENTS TAKE PLACE?

Our entire AFMX team takes every precaution to keep our team, volunteers, sponsors, and filmmakers safe and healthy by following all city, county, and state guidelines. 

 

Our 2023 festival will be a live presentation of our selected films with film screenings, music performances, and CenterStage Conversations.

Our After Parties take place at unique locations throughout Albuquerque.  

 

HOW DO I BUY PASSES AND TICKETS?

Purchasing passes and tickets to AFMX movies and special events is easy.  Simply go to the Attend button on our home page or click here - Tickets & Passes.  Or, scroll down the home page to the Tickets & Passes special section. You may also review all movies and events under the Program section and purchase individual tickets for movies and events.

HOW DO I GET THE LATEST INFORMATION?

Sign up for our monthly newsletter and follow us on social media.  All social media links can be found on our home page and at the bottom of every website page. Special announcements, promotions, and giveaways are always shared on these platforms.

ARE THE FILMS RATED?

Many of our films have not yet been reviewed by the Motion Picture Association of America and therefore do not have an MPAA rating (G, PG, PG-13, R, NC-17). However, if you visit individual movie pages under the 2018 Program, the film information will help you make informed choices.
