TRAVEL ACCOMMODATIONS
There are discounted rates for our visiting filmmakers on our website at Lodging & Dining | Albuquerque Film & Music Experience | Albuquerque (afmxnm.com). There is also additional information on additional lodging and dining venues.
Because we are a non-profit organization, we, unfortunately, cannot provide travel stipends or reimbursements.
GETTING AROUND
Believe it or not, ALL of our events take place along the original Route 66, otherwise known as Central Avenue! All After Party venues and Film Theaters are within walking distance from each other.
-
There is a direct bus route, Route #66 that travels along Central Ave to our venues.
-
One of the best aspects of the Nob Hill District of Albuquerque is there are plenty of places to grab a bite to eat or grab a cup of coffee. Close to the University of New Mexico, Nob Hill offers a variety of restaurants, coffee houses, cafes, and nightlife.
-
Better yet, our main theater and after-party venue, The Historic Lobo Theater also offers food and drink.
-
Our second theater venue, The Guild Cinema has a great concession stand.
-
M'tucci's Bar Roma also offers food and drink.
-
Tractor Brewery offers only drinks BUT there is a great hamburger eatery, Phat Stax, next door that Tractor welcomes outside food.
-
Nob Hill Public House/Stage offers coffee, wine, and a great menu selection.
